What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to define requirements and propose efficient technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure development standards are met.
- Support integration between platforms and third-party systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology and project teams.
Key Criteria
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficient in the .NET framework and MS SQL Server, including SSIS and SSRS.
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with data integration (XML, JSON, LINQ, Entity Framework).
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Work setup
Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with Thursday as the team's Anchor Day.
