What You Will Be Doing
- Design and Build Applications: Develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop System Modules: Design and implement application components that align with business processes and system architecture.
- Write Quality Code: Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure System Quality: Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support Deployment and Maintenance: Assist with system deployment, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and standards.
- Stay Current with Technology: Keep up to date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements where applicable.
What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in software design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Java Development: Strong proficiency in Java for building scalable and robust applications.
- Database & SQL Skills: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and strong SQL knowledge.
- SDLC & Version Control: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and version control tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in resolving technical challenges.
- Linux & Deployment Skills: Experience in setting up and performing deployments in a Linux environment.
- Communication & Teamwork: Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Reporting Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with Jasper Reports for reporting and data visualization.
- Jmix Framework: Experience or familiarity with Jmix for rapid application development.
- Spring Boot: Hands-on experience in developing backend services using Spring Boot.
- Frontend Development: Knowledge of React JS for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
