• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 4-7 years of relevant Java development experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL databases, and distributed systems concepts.
• Exposure to cloud/container technologies is a plus.
• Experience in banking, payments, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
