Job Title: Software Development Analyst

Location: KL/Malaysia

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Technical Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements, rules, processes, and constraints, and translate these into artifacts usable by the technical team for system development, enhancements, and bug fixing activities.

Review design with the technical team and verify the suitability of proposed solutions to meet business requirements.

Prioritize activities and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders, Project Manager, and technical team.

Review high-level and detailed test plans/test cases for System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Participate in one or more concurrent activities (Projects & Business-As-Usual).

Prepare, review, and update system documentation and specifications.

Manage requirements traceability matrix and track requirements status throughout the system delivery period.

Perform tests and health-checks before releasing systems to business stakeholders.

Required Skillsets:

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

Strong business and data analysis skills.

Experience in application support and manual testing.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of release management processes.

Familiarity with Sisense and Kibana for data visualization and analysis.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java for web development.

Experience with Figma for UI/UX design.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
