Job Title: Software Development Analyst

Location: KL/Malaysia

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Technical Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements, rules, processes, and constraints, and translate these into artifacts  usable by the technical team for system development, enhancements, and bug fixing activities.

• Review design with the technical team and verify the suitability of proposed solutions to meet  business requirements.

• Prioritize activities and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders, Project Manager,  and technical team.

• Review high-level and detailed test plans/test cases for System Integration Tests (SIT) and User  Acceptance Tests (UAT).

• Participate in one or more concurrent activities (Projects & Business-As-Usual).

• Prepare, review, and update system documentation and specifications.

• Manage requirements traceability matrix and track requirements status throughout the system delivery  period.

• Perform tests and health-checks before releasing systems to business stakeholders.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

• Strong business and data analysis skills.

• Experience in application support and manual testing.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of release management processes.

• Familiarity with Sisense and Kibana for data visualization and analysis.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java for web development.

• Experience with Figma for UI/UX design.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
