We are seeking a Software Development Production Support Lead to oversee our production support team in Southeast Asia. This role involves ensuring the stability and performance of our software applications while leading a team of support engineers. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in software development and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production support team to ensure high availability and reliability of software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system improvements and enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
• Create and maintain documentation related to production support processes and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members and new hires.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize support tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in software development and production support.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
