Job Description

Duties:

Actively involve in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception, design, development, testing, and deployment. Adhere to software development standards and best practices within the team.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development or related role.
Proficiency in Golang, NodeJS and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Proven experiences in building robust high performance transactional systems.
