Hiring: Senior Software Engineer – IT (ServiceNow SecOps Administrator or Developer)

8-Month Contract (Extendable)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Administrator to manage and optimize ServiceNow Security Operations modules and support enterprise security workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances (DEV, TEST, PROD)

• Configure and support SecOps modules including SIR, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Security Case Management

• Manage integrations with vulnerability scanners, SIEM, and SOAR platforms

• Configure workflows, automations, business rules, notifications, and access controls

• Support platform upgrades, deployments, governance, and performance monitoring

• Collaborate with Security, GRC, Infrastructure, and ITSM teams

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps

• Strong knowledge of Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Management

• Experience with roles, ACLs, instance management, and platform administration

• Working knowledge of ITIL and Security Operations concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow CSA certification

• CIS–SecOps certification

• Experience with CMDB, Service Mapping, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools
