Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Programmer / Analyst with 35 years of experience to support the development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The successful candidate will work on application enhancements, data interfaces, and system configurations across various business functions.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in enterprise system development and a desire to grow within complex implementation and support environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the team leader in a sizeable project team
- Implement Asset / Facility / Space / Lease management system components according to the specifications and guidelines
- Support Data Conversion / Migration
- Be responsible for SDLC-related tasks, including system development, code review, system and user testing, implementation,a nd deployment of applications and software products
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java software development is essential
- Hands-on experience in Springboot, Microservices, ReactJS, and Oracle is also desirable
- Data conversion/migration and archiving experience on Oracle, MS-SQL Server, and DB2 will be an added advantage
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL/PLSQL (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL).
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage
- Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in a challenging environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development or system implementation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or scripting languages.
- Understanding of system integration, APIs, and data transformation.
- Familiarity with development lifecycle tools such as version control and issue tracking systems.
