TETRA Software Engineering Team - Developing Tetra radios for communications and public safety solutions
Job Description
- Responsible in contributing as an individual engineer on implementing new feature or enhancing existing feature for the product.
- Responsible in participating in all aspects of product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation and testing.
- Responsible in Analyzing software requirements to determine feasibility of design within quality assurance, time and cost constraints.
- Responsible in coordinating and participating in software design and code review.
- Responsible in creating and executing unit, integration and system tests.
- Collaborate with front end team and test team to ensure best solution is always in place to promote successful feature deployment.
- Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.
- To meet project&aposs deliverable and timeline requirement in a highly dynamic environment.
- Adhere to the team&aposs performance and quality metrics.
- To collect and analyze data affecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop intellectual property for the company.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes
Basic Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&aposs Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications or related fields.
- Open for fresh graduates with no previous permanent employment upon graduation
- Graduate with minimum CGPA of 3.00 or 2nd class upper.
- Year of graduation: 2020 / 2021
- Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
