About the role

• We re building the future of Billing & Licensing at scale and we want you at the helm. As an Engineering Manager, you won t just manage projects; you ll shape the core architecture of a platform designed to handle millions of events with sub-second response times . This is about building mission-critical infrastructure that rivals the scale and sophistication of world-class platforms like AWS.
• You ll work side by side with brilliant engineers and architects, making key technology decisions that power multi-tenant, high-concurrency, low-latency, and secure data access . You ll own the entire stack architecture, development, deployment, sustainability, and production operations and ensure it performs at its peak.
• As a technical leader, you ll drive code quality, performance, and best practices , ensuring every line of code is reliable, scalable, and production-ready. Beyond execution, you ll define and evolve the technical vision , build roadmaps that anticipate the future, and inspire your teams to push boundaries.

• Proven Leader: 3+ years leading high-performing engineering teams, balancing technical depth with people leadership.
• Builder s Mindset: 5+ years building SaaS applications in backend (Java/Go) roles, with a passion for hands-on architecture and coding.
• Organization Builder: A track record of assembling and scaling world-class engineering orgs.
• Global Collaborator: Comfortable leading teams and working with customers across time zones.
• Customer-Obsessed: You've directly influenced customer satisfaction and know what it takes to deliver mission-critical, customer-facing software.
