Job Description
Responsibilities :
A. Team Management
- Manage IT software team and members (8 inhouse staffs as of 1st Nov. 2025)
- 3rd party software vendor control is also necessary.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
B. Project Management
- Manage new system development project working with our teams.
- Find the point to be improved for existing system and plan the improvement project working with our team.
- Plan the system enhancement roadmap and conduct the installation.
- Report the progress, risk, quality and cost to be done in timely manner.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality.
C. System installation and support/maintenance
- Manage the team to take an action for the issue.
- Root cause analysis and preventative actions to be considered.
- Responsible for system setup and installation and deliver necessary system to our carpark in time.
- Manage and coordinate 3rd party vendors for 3rd level support.
D. IT audit
- Handle IT related audit, both internal and external.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Pre-requisites Requirement
1. Certificate/ Diploma / Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in IT/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent qualification
2. Proven working experience as Manager position or relevant experience (minimum 3 years)
3. Experience for new IT software development and system support.
4. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, computer software systems and nice to have a knowledge of hardware.
5. Strong technical support skills, ability to work independently.
6. Nice to have knowledge and experience of carpark industry.
