Senior Software Integrator (Release Integration)
Key Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience in software development and software integration.
- Hands-on experience in embedded software development, preferably within the automotive domain.
- Proven experience in end-to-end software release integration and delivery ownership.
- Strong expertise in Git-based branching strategies, version control, and software configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Experience in pull request reviews, code merges, build management, and dependency/conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation and process optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for build and integration failures.
- Experience coordinating with Development, QA, Architecture, and Release Management teams.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of code review best practices and static code analysis tools such as Helix QAC.
- Familiarity with automotive software development processes, including ASPICE and V-Model.
- Experience with CAN/LIN diagnostics and embedded software validation is an added advantage.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated integration validation checks.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and requirements/configuration management tools.
