Responsible to liaise with vendors for technical and commercial aspects of the project within the software scope of works
Coordinate the collection and validation of operational requirements (throughput, SKU profile, storage capacity, etc.).
Review and approve system specifications, documentations, and test plans from vendors, ensuring they meet functional needs.
Lead workshops with vendors and DIY operation team to define business requirements.
Provide consultancy on software solutions including quotes and best practice processes.
Responsible to liaise with vendors on planning, control, and execution of integration tests, user acceptance tests and performance tests.
Responsible to liaise with vendors and internal DIY departments on purchasing of Network, IT related peripherals (Servers, PC, RFs, printers, AP, etc.) and DB / OS Licenses.
Attends status review meetings with system vendor and ensure timely communication of project time schedule (in MS Project), updates, risks and decisions to management.
Manage the change control process for scope, design, or schedule adjustments.
Manage and oversee commissioning, UAT and integration test between automation software and WCS/WMS/ERP with vendors and operation team.
Organize training programs for operators, maintenance, and IT teams.
Plan and manage go-live activities and ramp-up support.
Ensure as-built documentation and training materials are delivered.
Requirement:
3-5+ years of experience in implementing software solutions in logistics or warehousing.
Knowledge in warehouse management processes, software testing methodologies and system integration.
Knowledge in warehouse automation solutions, robotics and logistics processes is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis and query writing (SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and local language.
Effective communication and customer focused.
Strong management, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
