Software QA Engineer (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure product quality and stability.

Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on product requirements.

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue-tracking tools.

Work closely with developers and product teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.

Review user requirements and designs to ensure all business flows are properly covered.

Conduct regression testing, UAT support, and sanity checks before releases.

Verify data accuracy using basic SQL queries or back-office systems when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Good understanding of software testing concepts, test cases, and defect life cycle.
• Able to think from a user's perspective and spot issues in real-life scenarios.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data validation is a plus.
• Experience using test management or bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment and communicate clearly.
