Key Responsibilities

  • Develop overseas retail clients for SaaS and software solutions
  • Manage full sales cycle:

  • Quotation preparation
  • Contract signing
  • Payment follow-up
  • Expand market share with:
  • Chain stores
  • Premium supermarkets
  • Brand retailers
  • Identify client pain points in:
  • Store management
  • Inventory control
  • Omni-channel retail
  • Membership operations
  • Provide customized retail software solutions and product demos
  • Convert product features into business value to drive sales closure
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor overseas retail digitalization trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of overseas B2B sales experience
  • Background in:
  • Retail SaaS
  • Software solutions
  • Enterprise digital services
  • Experience handling large enterprise accounts and closing major deals
  • Existing overseas retail client network preferred
  • Familiar with overseas procurement processes and market practices

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong solution-selling capability
  • Good understanding of retail operations and digital workflows
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven mindset

Language

  • Fluent in English for overseas business communication
  • Mandarin proficiency for internal and cross-department communication
