Job Description:
As a Software Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our growth and success. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support. This role offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team and contribute to the evolution of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Consultative Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, including initial contact, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for clients, working closely with our implementation and support teams to meet their needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and secure referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identify collaboration opportunities, and drive mutual business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year in software sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to forecast accurately and drive urgency with customers to meet forecast commitments
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment & delivering on expected commitments
