- Lead and mentor a software development team within a collaborative SCRUM environment
- Drive sprint delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and team performance
- Contribute hands-on to system design, development, and technical problem-solving
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and system performance
- Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- This role is fully based in Ipoh
This = what you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in .NET development, with team leadership exposure
- Strong in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server
- Solid understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Experience with unit testing, APIs, code reviews, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
- Familiar with Agile/SCRUM ways of working
- Ability to guide a team, drive delivery, and support technical decisions
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
