Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of cybersecurity software products
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing
Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
Assist in troubleshooting and reproducing reported issues
Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to test automation efforts
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Between two (minimum) and five years of experience in software testing
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience with test case management tools
Familiarity with test automation tools is a plus
Knowledge of NoSQL databases, key-value stores, and messaging systems is an advantage
Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in cybersecurity testing is a plus
Must be a Malaysian citizen or Malaysian Permanent Resident
