Plaza Premium Group looking for a meticulous and analytical Software Testing Analyst to join our QA team. The role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and executing test strategies, ensuring defects are properly documented, and validating software to guarantee high-quality product delivery. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to create detailed test plans and test cases.

Execute manual and/or automated tests for functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), smoke test, white box testing and black box testing.

Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Participate in test data preparation, environment setup, and validation activities.

Ensure compliance with defined QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Contribute to risk assessment and identify potential quality issues early in the lifecycle.

Provide clear and detailed test execution reports to project stakeholders.

Support production validation and post-deployment testing.

Continuously enhance testing efficiency through process improvements and automation where applicable.

We are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Software Testing Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and QA processes.

Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM).

Hands-on experience with testing system, web, mobile, and/or API applications.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Fundamental knowledge of programming.
