Position Title: Software Testing Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing game product testing, including functions, compatibility, and other dimensions to ensure the smooth release of the project.
- Lead a group of game testers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Assign tasks, set goals, and provide guidance to team members to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of processes whole version of game products.
- Work with teams to plan, schedule and ensure QA involvement in all phases of production.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 2 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance, or more than 1 year of experience as a Testing Project Management experience. Hands-on experience in video game testing is a plus point.
- Familiar with the relevant technologies for iOS, Android, and PC platforms, with experience in testing applications or games.
- Strong foundation and knowledge of quality assurance practices and agile workflows.
- Good interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese languages (to join a global project team), and capable of editing reports and documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Knowledge of databases is a plus.
