SOLAR TECHNICAL & BUSINESS SUPPORT PROTEGE

Location: Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Protege Trainees to join our growing solar energy team. This role provides exposure to the renewable energy industry, supporting business operations, customer engagement, project coordination, and technical activities related to solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer enquiries and follow-up activities.

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and required documentation.

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist in project scheduling, monitoring progress, and maintaining project records.

• Support site survey arrangements and project-related administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate customer and project information in company databases and systems.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documentation.

• Provide general support for business operations, project management, and customer service activities.

• Participate in technical and product training related to solar energy solutions.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy, Engineering Technology, or related technical disciplines.

General Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Interest in renewable energy and the solar industry is an added advantage.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
