Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Process Engineer located in Simpang Empat. The Process Engineer will analyze and design manufacturing processes, develop optimized workflows, implement process controls, and oversee production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Additional responsibilities include evaluating performance metrics, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes. The role requires a commitment to innovation and adherence to the company's values and standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Process Design, Process Control, and Process Engineering
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess, troubleshoot, and improve processes
- Chemical Engineering background and knowledge relevant to manufacturing processes
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Proficient in analytics tools such as JMP.
