About the Company: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Customer Insight, and Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure technologies and extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
About the Role: As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing D365 solutions, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients in the Financial Services Industry.
- Lead and guide technical teams in the successful implementation of D365 solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and other technical teams, to define and clarify technical requirements and the scope of work.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and features to enhance our solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Customer Insight, and Dynamics 365, providing training and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
- Deep understanding of Azure technologies, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance and Operations modules.
- Strong knowledge of the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and common business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
