Lead pre-sales technical engagement with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
To develop high quality customised solutions using China Telecom's suite of network connectivity services to fulfil customers requirements.
Preparation of solution proposals and project writeups to illustrate China Telecom's value proposition.
Liasing with external (partners, vendors) and internal (Product, HQ and Branches Office of China Telecom) parties to ensure end-to-end technical solution feasibility.
Support project delivery teams during implementation and provide post-sales consultation to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
Continuously review and analyse customers network performance, proactively proposing enhancements and digital modernization opportunities
To be involve in the whole process of pre-sales to production environment, user requirement study, solution presentation, demonstration, training, on-site support and ensure smooth project implementation.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a presales technical role in the Telecommunication industry
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP preferred.
Sound knowledge and understanding in transmission technologies (Submarine Cable Systems, DWDM, OTN) IP routing solutions (Internet, MPLS, SDWAN) and related telecommunications services (Data Centre Hosting, Cloud Connectivity).
Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to quickly adapt and comprehend ever-changing technologies.
Effective bilingual of both spoken and written English and Chinese because the candidate needs to communicate efficiently with both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders regionally.
Occasional travel may be required (depending on travel restrictions).
