About The Role

This role is responsible to support the implementation and day-to-day running of digital solutions used by the Supply Chain teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei. This role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and regional experts to help improve Supply Chain operations through technology. What You'll Do

• Support the implementation and ongoing use of digital solutions for Supply Chain teams across Malaysia
• Assist in rolling out group-led and local digital initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and regional Centers of Excellence
• Work with external vendors to track service performance, follow up on issues, and support resolution of system incidents
• Support Supply Chain systems to ensure they meet business needs and agreed service levels
• Act as a key support contact for system users by helping to troubleshoot issues and gathering user feedback
• Assist in the deployment and support of Supply Chain technologies, including planning, logistics, warehouse systems, devices, and automation tools
• Monitor basic system performance and help prepare reports on system health, usage, and user satisfaction
• Communicate system updates, issues, and progress clearly to internal stakeholders
• Participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of digital solutions

What You Bring

• Experience in digital technologies, enterprise solution needs and innovative solutions.
• Aware of key industry trends in FMCG and new solutions and capabilities available.
• Experience in technology implementation, planning and complex system integration, with experience in communicating strategy to business. A track record of delivering innovative technology.
• Good communication to articulate business requirements and deliver digital solution initiatives
• PMP certification is an advantage
