We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the position of Solution Designer to support our Telecom CRM and POS project.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in evaluating business problems and developing solution designs for the CRM and POS areas
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and partner organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate solution options, risks, dependencies, delivery status, and business impacts.
- Solid understanding of CRM and POS application ecosystems, including customer lifecycle management, sales processes, order management, and retail operations.
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture, translating business requirements into scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable CRM and POS solutions.
- Experience integrating CRM and POS platforms with downstream systems such as billing, finance, receivables, inventory, and customer engagement platforms.
- Developing the requirements traceability matrix based on the business requirements showing that all requirements are either covered or explicitly rejected
- Hands-on technical expertise in enterprise applications, including system configuration, production support, troubleshooting, systems integration, batch processing, data migration, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct impact assessments, identify dependencies, and recommend optimal solution approaches.
- Ability to lead solution workshops, drive technical discussions, and manage end-to-end solution delivery across multiple cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, operational requirements, and business objectives.
- Support of production Incidents through root cause analysis to identify if the production issues were as a result of a design defect.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with China vendor BSS products, particularly in charging and billing domains.
- Experience in telecom billing and BSS environments, including consumer billing, billing cycles, rating and charging, and high-volume batch processing.
- Familiarity with system integration patterns, API-based architectures, and enterprise application ecosystems.
