Responsibilities:
- As a Network Pre-Sales Engineer/Manager and provide technical professional bridging sales and engineering, responsible for designing network solutions, delivering technical presentations, and creating proposals to meet customer requirements.
- Technical Skills (Technical Skills Matrix): Routing/Switching, Security, Wireless, Tools.
- Preferably Certifications: CCNP (Enterprise/Security/Data Center), CCNA, and others (e.g., AWS, Palo Alto) prominently.
- Network Presale Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale enterprise networks.
- Designed network architecture including VLAN, LAN, WAN and remote networks
- Analyzed LAN/WAN to determine network performance problems. Provided solutions, and documentation.
- Designed and deployed SDN/NAC for network access control, improving security posture and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, Excellent presentation skill.
- More than 5 years experience in working as a Presales or related technical role.
- Familiar of part of the technology listed with evidence, Campus Network / Wireless / DC / Security / Skilled in routing protocols successful sizeable project deployment experience.
- Working proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu (Malay) and Chinese (Mandarin) is value added.
