Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Solution Manager to join our dynamic Product team at TIME. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in critical business function – and provides technical consultation for company products. Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business teams to ensure that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customer requirements.

Your work life:

1.Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
  • Demonstrate how the product/service meets the client's business needs.

2.Technical Consultation & Requirement Analysis

  • Act as a consultant providing expert guidance.
  • Analyse and document customer requirements, ensuring alignment with the solution.
  • Work with engineering/development teams to validate feasibility.

3. Supporting Sales & Deal Acceleration

  • Assist the sales team in technical discussions and negotiations.
  • Help in pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and business case development.
  • Work toward shortening the sales cycle by addressing technical hurdles.

4.Customer Relationship & Feedback Loop

  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to product/engineering teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover from presales to post-sales/implementation teams.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a related role in telecommunication or IT industry.
  • Skills:
  • Good understanding on fibre connectivity, cybersecurity, and cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
