We're seeking a seasoned Solution Architect experienced in end-to-end solutioning, capable of translating business needs into robust, scalable architectural designsfrom concept through implementation and optimization.
The ideal candidate has a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, capable of overseeing solutioning from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.
What you will be doing:
- Design, test, and oversee technical architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions.
- Analyse technical infrastructure problems, challenges, and complexities for private, hybrid, or multi-cloud architecture and recommend improvements.
- Define and document solution architectures, including application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers.
- Ensure adherence to architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other cross-functional departments to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Ensure timely execution and implementation of solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party platforms.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions.
- Support governance processes to ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience (8+ years) in IT architecture, software engineering, or solution design.
- Strong end-to-end solutioning expertise covering applications, data, infrastructure, and integration.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and modern enterprise systems.
- Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and scalability principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
