Role Overview:
We are looking for a Solution Architect to design and oversee enterprise-scale BPM, workflow, and ECM platform implementations across complex organisational environments.
The role is responsible for defining end-to-end solution architectures, integration strategies, and governance frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end BPM and ECM solution architectures, including application, integration, and data flows.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs and platform configurations.
- Define enterprise integration strategies, APIs, and interoperability patterns with existing systems.
- Evaluate ECM and BPM platform capabilities and define adoption roadmaps.
- Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for enterprise BPM / ECM deployments.
- Define non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, availability, and security.
- Define performance testing strategies and capacity planning approaches.
- Review system integration testing (SIT) results and advise on gaps and mitigation strategies.
- Define security controls, access models, and compliance-related architecture considerations.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Produce architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and governance artefacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale BPM / workflow platform implementations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ECM platforms such as NEWGEN, OpenText, IBM FileNet, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in system integration, API design, and cloud / on-prem architectures.
- Experience defining security, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
