Job Description:
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design and implement secure, scalable IT solutions, with a focus on digital certificates, digital signatures and PKI infrastructure.
- Develop technical architectures to support Certification Authority (CA), Registration Authority (RA), and Time Stamping Authority (TSA) operations.
- Lead Solution designs for web and mobile app development projects to meet business needs.
- Oversee the automation and digitalization of internal processes and customer-facing systems.
Technology Evaluation:
- Assess and recommend the best technologies for deploying PKI, digital signatures and certificate management.
- Evaluate emerging trends in digital identity, cryptography and cybersecurity to integrate them into company offerings.
- Stay updated on automation, digitalization, and cloud-based solutions that enhance the delivery of digital services.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product managers. developers, business analysts and external clients to capture business requirements for certification and digital signature solutions.
- Communicate complex technical architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implementation and Guidance:
- Provide technical leadership in deploying CA, RA and TSA services, ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., WebTrust).
- Guide development teams in implementing digital signature workflows, web systems and mobile applications.
- Ensure automation and digitalization initiatives are aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure all solutions adhere to strict security and compliance requirements including PKI standards, regulatory compliance and data privacy laws.
- Identify potential risks in digital signature and PKI implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the integrity and security of the time stamping authority service for digital transactions.
Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system designs, PKI deployments and certificate issuance processes.
- Continuously improve existing solutions and services, focusing on automation, digitalization, and scaling the company's digital products.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and performance.
