Solutions Architect

1. Collaborate with sales teams to conduct customer requirement discovery, technical interviews, needs analysis, and current-state assessments. Design cloud architectures across IaaS, PaaS, containers, databases, big data, security, and large-scale AI/LLM workloads, covering public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud deployment options.

2. Develop end-to-end technical documentation including solution proposals, architecture designs, bid responses, migration plans, feasibility studies, and cost estimates. Deliver pre-sales activities such as product briefings, architecture consulting, PoC demonstrations, demo environment setup, and integration testing.

3. For customers migrating from traditional environments, define migration paths, conduct migration assessments, and provide application modernization recommendations while supporting delivery teams in execution. Participate in AI/LLM solution design, including on-prem model deployment, enterprise knowledge base development, RAG architecture design, inference optimization, GPU resource planning, and API integration.

4. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with R&D, product, delivery, and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and an optimal customer experience. Support customers in PoC validation, performance benchmarking, compatibility testing, and deliver corresponding reports and optimization recommendations.

5. Contribute to industry solution development and best-practice frameworks in hybrid cloud, cloud-native architecture, and AI/LLM applications, including standard reference architectures and reusable documentation.

6. Provide technical support such as basic platform deployment validation, pre-delivery technical checks, and go-live assistance according to customer needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Software Engineering, or related fields.

2. Familiarity with at least one major public cloud platform (Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).

3. Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills; able to independently deliver pre-sales presentations. Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems and drive project progress under pressure.

4. Experience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud architecture, or AI/LLM application architecture is preferred.

5. Candidates with certifications from cloud service providers (such as TCA/TCP/AWS SA, etc.) or related AI certifications will be given priority.
