Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Solution Desk Specialist to join our Global Digital Solutions team.
In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying customer requirements, developing pricing models, and creating tailored Document Management Solutions that align with our service offerings. You will join a high-performing team of technical experts dedicated to bridging the gap between complex customer challenges and our innovative digital service portfolio.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Design and Architect Solutions: Perform structured discovery and assessments to map customer requirements to integrated document management and workflow service offerings.
- Drive Technical Sales Excellence: Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to develop detailed Statements of Work, pricing models, and Return on Investment analyses that demonstrate clear business value.
- Ensure Solution Alignment: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of digital solutions to ensure proposed architectures comply with both customer technical requirements and Iron Mountain organizational standards.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution design role, specifically within outsourced document imaging and digital capture services.
- Strong knowledge of Document Management Systems, Electronic Content Management platforms, and indexing technologies such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Machine Learning.
- Proven ability in consultative solution selling, including the creation of technical specifications and performing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling.
- Relevant industry expertise in Business Process Management, Information Governance, and Artificial Intelligence applications within enterprise organizations.
