Proposed Role: Enterprise Solution Specialist
. Role Overview
- Reporting To: Head Sales, Solutions and Alliances
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand operational challenges, digital maturity, and transformation goals.
- Lead solution design across areas such as:
- Fleet and asset visibility
- Route optimization and ETA prediction
- Predictive maintenance and condition monitoring
- Sensor-based inventory and warehouse automation
- AI-driven forecasting, workforce planning, and decision support
- Integrate IIoT and AIoT capabilities into enterprise workflows, ensuring seamless data flow, real-time insights, and intelligent automation.
- Support pre-sales activities including client discovery, solution presentations, and proposal development.
- Lead the functional aspects of the Enterprise Solution Lifecycle, including:
- Business discovery and stakeholder alignment
- Functional design and solution blueprinting
- Iterative validation and user acceptance planning
- Enablement activities such as training, documentation, and change management
- Post-deployment optimization and feedback integration
- Provide functional guidance on core business modules such as:
- Sales & Distribution
- Accounting & Finance
- Manufacturing & Production
- Logistics & Transportation
- Human Resources
- Procurement & Vendor Management
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years or above of experience in implementing enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- Chiness speaking is mandatory.
- Proven ability to design and deliver solutions involving fleet management, route planning, warehouse automation, and real-time tracking.
- Familiarity with IIoT and AIoT technologies and their application in logistics and industrial environments.
- Solid understanding of business processes across logistics, manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
- Working knowledge of functional modules such as sales, accounting, HR, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Basic technical literacy: understanding of programming logic, databases, and system architecture terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or enterprise consulting is preferred.
