About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Specialist (Multi-Housing) to drive sales and business development within the residential and property development segment.
In this role, you will engage with property developers, consultants, and project stakeholders to understand their requirements and recommend suitable fitness equipment solutions for residential fitness facilities.
The role combines consultative solution design with sales responsibilities, supporting clients from initial engagement through proposal development and project confirmation.
You will also work closely with internal teams including sales, technical, and project coordination to ensure solutions are delivered effectively while contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop business opportunities within the multi-housing and residential development sector.
Engage with property developers, consultants, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Provide consultation and recommend suitable fitness equipment solutions tailored to each development.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and project stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations.
Support the sales process from initial engagement through project confirmation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets and overall business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is well suited for candidates with experience in consultative or project-based sales.
You may be a strong fit if you have experience working with:
Property developers or construction-related projects
Commercial equipment or solution-based sales
Project stakeholders such as consultants, architects, or project managers
Managing opportunities from consultation through proposal and project confirmation
Candidates with experience in property development, commercial equipment solutions, building materials, or project sales will find this role particularly relevant.
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or solution consulting.
Analytical and consulting skills to evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of the fitness industry or commercial fitness equipment is an advantage.
