Your new role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Hays Enterprise Solutions International Delivery Centre team as a Sourcing Partner. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Hays Sunway, Malaysia office.

This is a vital role focuses on delivery of a high-quality recruitment service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Management: Screen, preregister, interview, and shortlist top talent with care and efficiency.
• Compliance: Update client and internal applicant tracking system, collect documentation, conduct reference checks, and ensure all client requirements are met to the highest standard.
• Operational support: Post job ads, source candidates, and maintain records and resumes with precision and speed

What you'll need to succeed

• Open to fresh graduates no prior experience required
• Experience in recruitment will be highly regarded
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A professional approach with attention to detail
• KPIdriven mindset and ability to thrive in a highperformance culture
