Job Summary
As a member of the APME Talent Acquisition Group team, you will be working closely with the team and develop creative strategies to find the best talent in the local market and extended to regional and global if required.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and attract top IT talent using advanced sourcing techniques across databases, social media platforms, professional communities, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various technical skill sets to support current and future hiring needs.
- Act as an expert in talent mapping, building strategic insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and availability of technical skill sets.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant job boards, professional networks, and social media channels, while leveraging internal employee referral programs.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles (resumes, portfolios, and applications) for technical accuracy, experience, and role fit.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments using structured interviews and validated selection tools to shortlist candidates.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified CVs for technical positions within defined SLAs, maintaining a strong focus on quality and speed.
- Assess candidates technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit, alongside soft skills and experience.
- Stay updated on IT recruitment best practices and emerging sourcing trends to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Provide detailed recruitment analytics and reports to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Apply HR recruiting best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term professional relationships.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in IT technical sourcing and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering).
- Expertise in Boolean search, social recruiting, and talent mapping.
- Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating active, passive and aspiring candidates.
- Proven work experience as an IT Sourcing Specialist (either an in-house or RPO staffing agency).
- Experience with ATS System, preferably Workday or SAP SuccessFactor.
- Good in MS Offices application including Excel.
- Experience with recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with good interpersonal skills.
- A multi-tasker with good time management.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- A tech-savvy with positive and willing to learn attitude.
- Able to work independently and ability to prioritize.
- Experience influencing and driving towards results through data.
