Job Summary:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader with deep market knowledge in countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, and a strong track record in building highvolume and highimpact recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement mid to longterm recruitment strategies aligned with regional expansion plans.
  • Translate business goals into countryspecific hiring targets and ensure onground delivery.

Recruitment Process & System Development

  • Optimize the full recruitment cycle to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Establish compliant hiring processes based on local labor laws and regulations across SEA.

Senior & Critical Talent Acquisition

  • Lead search and selection for directorlevel and senior leadership roles.
  • Build a comprehensive talent map for the region and cultivate highquality talent pipelines.
  • Manage highlevel negotiations, background checks, and offer approvals.

Team & Channel Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a regional recruitment team.
  • Oversee agency partners, headhunters, talent communities, and alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate channel performance and innovate localized recruitment models.

Policy & CrossBorder Coordination

  • Monitor regional labor law and visa policy updates to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders and global HR to resolve crosscountry recruitment challenges.

Employee Relations Support

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters when required.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of HR recruitment experience, including 5+ years in regional or multinational recruitment leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of hiring landscapes in at least three Southeast Asian markets (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia).
  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experienced in senior talent search, headhunting, and datadriven recruitment.
  • Strong compliance awareness and policy sensitivity.
  • English fluency required; SEA regional languages are a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastgrowing, highchange environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally; candidates with valid U.S. visa are preferred.
