To lead the micro space planning function by developing planogram strategies and space planning principles to maximise category performance and customer experience. The role drives space productivity through data-driven analysis, planogram optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead planogram development, maintenance, and optimisation of merchandising displays, including adjacency planning, to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with space planning principles.
- Drive SKU, category, and space productivity analysis to provide insights and recommendations for range reviews, space allocation, and category performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain space planning principles, guidelines, SOPs, and governance to ensure consistent planogram standards and execution quality.
- Provide micro space planning expertise for category revamps, new initiatives, and store layout reviews.
- Manage planogram agency coordination and ensure deliverables are aligned with space planning requirements and standards.
- Support system enhancements, SAP transitions, and BI/reporting setup to improve space data accuracy and reporting capability.
- Coach and guide the micro space planning team to ensure quality output, accuracy, and timely delivery of planogram activities.
- KPI: Timely and accurate planogram delivery, improvement in space productivity and planogram effectiveness, quality of space planning analysis and recommendations, and compliance with space planning standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with 4–5 years of retail space planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planogram software (e.g. Spaceman) preferred
