Job Responsibilities:
1)Responsible for annual spare parts sales targets and develop new sales channels. Identify and pursue new customers, dealers, and business opportunities for spare parts sales.
2)Responsible for managing and addressing of spare parts needs from the dealers and end users. Maintain good relationship with existing dealers and promote spare parts sales.
3)Responsible for processing customer orders included related documentation and coordinate internal requests efficiently and accurately.
4)Responsible for coordinating with inhouse finance department to issue invoices and sending them back to customers.
5)Regularly reconciling receivable accounts with customers, and handling customer payment collection.
6)Maintain accurate receivable records and inventory records, track sales performance, analyse data and prepare relevant reports.
7)Ad-hoc tasks that is assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
1)Minimum 23 years of working experience as a Spare Parts Executive or in a related role.
2)At least an SPM or Diploma in Logistics/ Business Administration, or a related field.
3)Experience using WMS and CRM system will be an added advantage.
4)Proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin is an advantage.
5)Willingness to travel as required.
