Job Description

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative and secretarial to the director, manage director's calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meeting, arrange travel and accommodations for the director and other senior executive.

Communication

  • Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls & written communication on behalf of the director, draft and prepare documents, letters, memos and reports as needed.

Office Management

  • Maintain office supplies & equipment, ensuring smooth office operations and organize and maintain filling system both electronic and physical.

Meeting Coordination and Support

  • Prepare meeting agenda, take minutes & distribute meeting materials, coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.

Information Management

  • Compile & prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers, conduct research and gather information as required by directors, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Liaison and Networking

  • Act as a liaison between the director, staff, clients and stakeholders, coordinate communication and interactions with internal and external contacts.

Special Projects

  • Assist in special projects or initiatives as assigned by the director, support other members of the administrative team as needed.

  • This role is structured to support long-term growth within the Proton International Corporation Sdn Bhd
  • You will begin by managing assigned regional markets, focusing on business planning, pricing, sales and after-sales performance, marketing activities, and competitor benchmarking. As you gain experience, you will progress to overseeing product portfolios,market strategies, distributor operations, and network development.
  • At a more advanced stage, you will take on greater responsibility in distribution management and strategic market planning, preparing you for future leadership opportunities within the division.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Law / Finance / Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related roles
  • Intermediary user of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Resourceful, able to work independently & under pressure, committed with a strong sense of urgency
  • Flexible to receive assignments outside business hours
