Job Descriptions
1.Research & Business Intelligence
- Monitor industry, regulatory, and competitive developments and produce regular briefs
- Track Bursa announcements, Securities Commission notices, BNM circulars, and policy changes relevant to PDB
- Conduct ad-hoc research on counterparties, partners and market opportunities
2.Report & Presentation Writing
- Draft Board papers, committee papers and submissions under guidance
- Prepare presentations and briefing packs for GCEO/GCOO engagements
- Quality checks and format outputs from other functions
3. Project Co-ordination
- Support cross-functional projects from kick-off to closure
- Maintain trackers of GCEO/GCOO commitments and follow-up items
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisers as directed
4. Office Support
- Prepare agendas and notes for GCEO/GCOO meetings
- Manage confidential correspondence and information flow with discretion
- Support committee secretariat work as assigned
5. Special Assignments
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the GCEO or GCOO
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Bursa-listed company, multinational corporation, or Big Four firm
- Bachelor s Degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Working towards or completed professional qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, MIA, or MICPA) is an added advantage
- Genuinely interested in business, industry trends and market developments
- Strong written English PowerPoint, Excel proficiency
- Discreet, organised and reliable
