Special Project Management - Growth strategy, and Operational improvement (SPX Express)

• Identify and drive new business opportunities (e.g., faster delivery tiers, cost optimization, network expansion) to support SPX's long-term growth.
• Plan and execute key initiatives by analyzing data, coordinating cross-functional teams (Ops, Fleet, Tech, Finance), and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct market benchmarking, cost-benefit analysis, and establish clear KPIs to measure project success and impact.
• Design and pilot new service models such as same-day delivery oversee zone selection, cut-off times, fleet readiness, and post-launch performance optimization.
• Monitor results, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

. Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields

. More than 3-7 years experience in Consulting / Business Development/ logistics / construction projects

. High leadership and people management skills

. Very strong analytical skills and being an proactive initiator

. Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills

. Good team player

. Be able to fit in with fast pace culture

. Chinese is a plus advantage

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent in stakeholder management
