WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates
Responsibilities:
  • Identify the recruiting needs and qualifications required to target the right potential candidates
  • Proactively sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates through all kinds of channel for a wide range of roles
  • Management of recruitment approval process, working closely with candidates and managers to ensure hiring processes are run smoothly
  • Coach junior recruiters to fulfill recruitment target
  • Prepare related HR reports as required
  • Other tasks from supervisor as necessary

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years HR recruitment working experience in multinational company, preferred IT industry background
  • Excellent time management skills able to prioritize self-directed and able to work under pressure
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Working experience in multinational companies preferred
  • Good command of English, communication skills and fact finding skill
  • Details focused and good team spirit
