Responsibilities:- Identify the recruiting needs and qualifications required to target the right potential candidates
- Proactively sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates through all kinds of channel for a wide range of roles
- Management of recruitment approval process, working closely with candidates and managers to ensure hiring processes are run smoothly
- Coach junior recruiters to fulfill recruitment target
- Prepare related HR reports as required
- Other tasks from supervisor as necessary
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years HR recruitment working experience in multinational company, preferred IT industry background
- Excellent time management skills able to prioritize self-directed and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Working experience in multinational companies preferred
- Good command of English, communication skills and fact finding skill
- Details focused and good team spirit
