Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaches the Lean Six Sigmato use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
- Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity andprojects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
- Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition.
- Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
- The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigmatraining development and consultantto other department on tool application.
- Monitors, coaches and certifiesthe Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
- Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects byproviding technical support and facilitating.
- Reportsout statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture.
- Assist Learning and Development team on the training plan and execution, related to Lean Six Sigma, Technical Training and IR5.0 related.
- Assist in Factory of Futureinitiatives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Degree in Engineeringor equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in industry
Preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry
Skills
- CertifiedLean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven record
