What would you do

Automation and infrastructure

a) Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure management tasks, tools, deployment and monitoring.

b) Design, develop and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines.

c) Create and manage deployment scripts and templates to ensure consistent and repeatable application deployments.

Release and deployment

a) Collaborating with different technology and operations teams to ensure that release and deployment requirements are understood and met.

b) Implement best practices for release management.

Incident response and troubleshooting

a) Collaborate with different functional teams to address incidents and restore services quickly. Investigate and resolve incidents, apply root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

b) Participate in on-call rotation to aid incident response.

Cloud infrastructure management, capacity planning and monitoring

a) Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, security, and scalability.

b) Assess system capacity and performance requirements, implement scalable solutions that meet future growth needs.

c) Implement and maintain monitoring systems to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues.

d) Set up and maintain alerting mechanisms and ensure timely response to alerts

e) Develop and maintain Infrastructure Code (IaC) templates for automated deployment and recovery.

Security and compliance

a) Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to manage and optimize infrastructure resources and ensure application of industry standard security.

b) Collaborate with development teams to design and implement secure infrastructure architectures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.

c) Ensuring compliance with security, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Event support

a) Support all performance tests and major events from merchants, partners and government.

Who should join us

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network or related field.
  • Professional cloud certification.
  • Proven 3 experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
  • Strong experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting language and programming language (e.g. Bash, Python, Go) and experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Basic or advanced cloud certification is a plus.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
  • Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
