Description

Why We Need YouSteelcase APAC seeks a creative and commercially minded Graphic and UI/UX designer to conceptualize and produce high-impact images, videos, and digital ad assets for paid and organic campaigns. This role is core to delivering quality visuals that drive digital engagement, sales, awareness, and lead generation across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize and execute digital ad creatives across all formats (Display, Social, Affiliates), in partnership with the Performance Marketing team.
  • Experiment with and rapidly iterate different ad formats, testing what drives results in each APAC market.
  • Lead discussions with Brand Communications, eCommerce, and Product Marketing teams to accurately represent Steelcase across branded and tactical campaigns.
  • Develop on-brand images, graphics, and motion/video content for paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), web, social, email, and CRM/retargeting initiatives.
  • Adapt campaign assets for multiple markets and languages, ensuring regional relevance and compliance.
  • Design and animate short-form videos, GIFs, and motion graphics to maximize campaign performance and storytelling.
  • Own creative production workflow from brief through final delivery; manage digital asset libraries.
  • Stay up to date with digital, social, and e-commerce creative trends, and proactively suggest new formats and ideas.

What Your Day Would Look Like

  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing Managers to deliver high-quality ad visuals and A/B tests.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across brand, e-commerce, and product teams to clarify campaign goals and design brief.
  • Turn around creative assets efficiently to meet campaign deadlines and maximize test velocity.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and campaign reviews, offering ideas to drive measurable business results.

Who You Are

  • 35 years of hands-on graphic/motion design experience (agency or in-house), primarily focused on digital and paid ad creative.
  • Experience designing for key digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Meta, and affiliates).
  • Demonstrated ability to make design decisions based on digital best practices, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Skilled at translating business objectives (sales, awareness, lead gen) into visually effective digital creative.
  • Highly collaborative, able to partner cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and e-commerce stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and video editing tools; CSS/HTML/Shopify design experience preferred.
  • Experience designing and building emails (HubSpot) and landing pages (eCommerce) is a plus.

Exposure to multinational brands or clients in APAC (Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Australia) is highly valued.
