Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Performs Employee Relation related to straightforward assignments.
- Supports misconduct management, handling easy to mid level cases under supervision and direction from more senior roles.
- Performs report generation and analysis when required.
- Support ad-hoc Employee Relation Team activities and events.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree preferably in Human Resources.
- 1 year of general HR experience is required.
- Requires knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to resolve grievances and complaints effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and resilience skills are essential.
- The ideal candidate is results-driven and able to motivate, coach and develop others while demonstrating personal effectiveness.
