Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Assist in the execution of medical management programs to ensure the health and well-being of employees, including preventive care, disease management and health promotion initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality medical care and services are delivered to employees, including managing relationships with hospitals, clinics and medical professionals.
- Assist in the implementation of employee welfare programs aimed at enhancing employees quality of life, including counseling services, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and social support initiatives.
- Assist in the development and promotion of initiatives that support employee well-being, mental health and work-life balance.
- Support ad-hoc Employee Relations (ER) team activities, particularly ER events such as ATM, HR Kiosk, Leading Back to School, Academic Excellence Reward, Sales Promotion and ER Booth.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 year of general HR experience, preferably in Medical Management and Welfare Services.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Labour Law & Employee Relations: Awareness of Labour & Employment Law and ability to resolve employee grievances and complaints effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Personal Effectiveness: Demonstrates resilience, delivers results, and has the awareness to motivate, coach and support employee development.
