Job Description

Perform financial and accounting related activities in a timely manner for the appointed country.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

Create and maintain vendor accounts.
Process daily vendor payments and fund transfers; handle urgent payments.
Review SOAs and reconcile differences; review unpaid invoices; rejected invoices etc.; escalate complex cases to Manager.

Accounts Receivables

Perform account reconciliations in a timely manner.
Provide AR analysis reports and forecast cash collection.
Monitor past due accounts while working with GBS, Ops, KAM to meet the AR KPI.
Review the non-cash report and clear the aging items.

General Ledger/Reporting

Perform month end closing; prepare journal entries, BS schedules etc.
Clear outstanding for bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Prepare financial analysis and presentation.

Others

Assist in both internal and external audits
Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Relevant degree in finance / accountancy
Preferably 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in finance and tax
Proactive problem solver
Detail oriented with a strong ability to identify and fix the small errors
Outstanding communication skills with multiple levels
